Delivery & Returns

RGS Group strives to provide you with the best customer service and we hope you love the toys we sell as much as we do!

Shipping and Delivery Terms

Orders are generally dispatched within 2-4 days of receipt of payment (excluding weekends and Public Holidays). We do our very best to dispatch orders placed before 1pm weekdays, within the same day.

  • Free nationwide courier delivery on all orders over R500*
  • Nominal flat rate of R120 nationwide shipping on orders under R500
  • Shipping outside of the Republic of South Africa is currently unavailable.

* The R500 minimum order value for free delivery should be the final shopping cart value after any discounts or coupons have been applied.

Courier Delivery Guidelines

  • All major cities should be delivered within 48-72 hours from dispatch
  • Outlying areas, farms and remote towns should be delivered within 3-7 working days from dispatch
  • Areas considered high risk by our courier partners or delivery to remote farms may attract a surcharge.

Important things to note

  • If sending gifts to a different address make sure to keep your own name and address as the default billing address and then add the recipient’s name, address and contact details at the shipping page at check-out. This way we will know not to include any pricing information.
  • The courier tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Customers are responsible for having someone at the delivery address during the day to sign for and accept delivery.
  • RGS Group reserves the right to amend delivery prices for extremely heavy or peculiar sized or shaped items. We will always contact you first and will never charge extra without your consent.

Returns

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must notify us via email (puzzles@rgsgroup.co.za) within 5 working days of delivery and you may return the products within 30 days from the date of purchase for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price. There will be no refund on the delivery fee.

You will be responsible for the associated costs of returning the goods to us and must ensure that goods are packed appropriately to avoid damage in transit.

Returned items must be received in their original, unopened, “as new” condition including any original seals or swing tags and must include your proof of purchase.

Once your return has been inspected and accepted, a refund or exchange will be processed within 5 working days. Delivery charges are not refundable.

Gift cardsvouchers and goods purchased on sale or clearance are exempt from being returned.

Damaged or faulty goods

All our products leave our warehouse after being carefully inspected, however in the rare event of receiving damaged or faulty goods, please contact us as soon as possible by calling (011) 487-0795 or emailing us at puzzles@rgsgroup.co.za Returns will only be considered if there is a manufacturing default, or if items were damaged in transit.

You may be asked to supply us with photographic evidence of the damage or fault and a copy of your proof of purchase. If a product is deemed to be damaged or faulty we will either have the item replaced (subject to stock availability) or you will be given a full refund or exchange.

If we request that the damaged item needs to be returned to us, we will give you instructions to ensure it is returned in good condition, via our couriers.

Cancelled orders

Orders placed but not yet shipped can certainly be amended. If you have a change of mind please contact us as soon as possible as sometimes orders can be shipped within a few hours of your purchase. Cancellation of your order in its entirety (once it has been shipped) will attract a 5% administration fee (purchase price + delivery). This amount will be calculated and subtracted from your refund.
