I recommend this for kids from grade 1 and upwards. It’s a good classroom tool, but also for homework. My daughter is homeschooled, and I needed an aid to teach her fractions hands-on. It is very useful as kids learn better when they can manipulate things themselves. It will also be useful for multiple years because it has percentages as well. if kids play with this during lessons, this knowledge will become like muscle memory, and they will be able to apply it automatically while focusing on higher learning.
